Fa\u015fizmin devlete laf ettirmeme refleksindeki yan\u0131lg\u0131n\u0131n bir benzeri devrimcilerin halk\u0131 \u2018incitmeme\u2019 refleksinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Halk\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f kodlama ve halkla kurulan problemli ili\u015fki y\u00fcz\u00fcnden toplumsal ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 s\u00fcrekli kodlayan ve soyut bir kapma makinesi gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan devletin ve onun fa\u015fizminin sokaktaki, evdeki, g\u00fcndelik dildeki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 silik hale getirilmi\u015ftir. Fa\u015fizm \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemelerinde kitlelerin insan\u0131 kahreden konformizmi ve sessizli\u011fine \u00e7ok\u00e7a vurgu yap\u0131l\u0131rken kitlelerin fa\u015fizmi olumlayan, onaylayan ve arzulayan konumlar\u0131 genellikle d\u0131\u015far\u0131da b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sivil fa\u015fizm, i\u015fini ve pazar\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmekten korkanlar ile pazarda i\u015fi olmayan l\u00fcmpenlerin ittifak\u0131d\u0131r. Despotun tehdidi olan \u00f6l\u00fcm ve ac\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131na e\u015flik eden bu m\u00fcttefikler, en katmerli zulm\u00fcn bile yan\u0131ndan sessizce ge\u00e7en y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6lm\u00fc\u015f refleksleriyle birle\u015fti\u011finde fa\u015fizm g\u00fcndelik varolu\u015fun b\u00fct\u00fcn k\u0131lcallar\u0131na kadar yay\u0131l\u0131r. Bar\u0131\u015f Mitingi Katliam\u0131ndan hemen sonra bir k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn aya\u011f\u0131na yaz\u0131lan \u015fu yaz\u0131 vah\u015fetin art\u0131k devletten \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p insanlar\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck varolu\u015flar\u0131nda nas\u0131l i\u00e7selle\u015fti\u011fine dair derin bir \u00f6zettir: \u2018Bizi bombalar\u0131n sesi de\u011fil, sizin sessizli\u011finiz \u00f6ld\u00fcrd\u00fc!\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir toplan\u0131\u015f, bir kapma, yutma ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme ayg\u0131t\u0131 olan devletin uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 fa\u015fizm ve vah\u015fet kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kitlelerin alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu pozisyon, \u2018insan\u0131n iyi olan do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 devletler bozmu\u015ftur\u2019 say\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 yerle bir eder. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u00f6z konusu yurtta\u015f\u0131n hayali \u00f6znelerle bezenmi\u015f milliyet\u00e7i hezeyan\u0131 devletin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc vah\u015fetini olumlayan ve me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131ran ideolojik bir reflekse \u00e7oktan d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Sosyal medyada \u2018Bu g\u00fcn Ankara\u2019da yas\u0131m\u0131z var\u2019 tag\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u2018Bu g\u00fcn Gar Meydan\u0131nda \u015fenlik var\u2019 s\u00f6ylemi hi\u00e7bir reel politi\u011fin a\u00e7\u0131klayamayaca\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcrden bir kusma, h\u0131n\u00e7, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama ve ac\u0131nas\u0131 bir al\u00e7alma g\u00f6sterisine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kendini karizmatik lider ile \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirip g\u00fcce tapan h\u0131n\u00e7 dolu kitlelere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen, Fromcu anlamda \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckten ka\u00e7an ve mutlak otoriteye biat eden bu g\u00fcruhlar\u0131n ilk f\u0131rsatta \u00fczerlerine y\u00fcr\u00fcyecekleri topluluklar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck isteyen topluluklar olmas\u0131 ola\u011fand\u0131r. K\u00fcrtlerin ve devrimcilerin \u00fczerine her f\u0131rsatta s\u00fcr\u00fclen bu kitlelerin maddi arzular\u0131 s\u00fcrekli \u00fcretilirken Neo-Osmanl\u0131 mitini b\u00fct\u00fcn siyasal arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131na yediren AKP bu kitlelerin Bat\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki nefret-hayranl\u0131k kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 kompleksini s\u00fcrekli ka\u015f\u0131yarak toplumsal bir i\u00e7e kapanmac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yarat\u0131p Halep\u2019te Cuma namaz\u0131 k\u0131lma fantezisini \u2018B\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrkl\u00fck\u2019 yan\u0131lsamas\u0131na ili\u015ftirerek fa\u015fizmin harc\u0131n\u0131 karmaya devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>T\u00fcrk Fa\u015fizmin Tasavvurunda K\u00fcrt Beden Politikas\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Devlet\u2019in,&nbsp;K\u00fcrtlerin ve devrimcilerin bedenleriyle kurmu\u015f oldu\u011fu ili\u015fki, hem Focuault\u2019un s\u00f6z etti\u011fi Orta\u00e7a\u011fa \u00f6zg\u00fc \u00f6ld\u00fcrme ve cesedi te\u015fhir etme, hem de cesede i\u015fkence ederek \u2018\u00f6l\u00fcm\u2019 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki temel insani duygulan\u0131mlar olan utanma, h\u00fcrmet ve sayg\u0131y\u0131 tamam\u0131yla ortadan kald\u0131rma ili\u015fkisidir. Devlet, mezarl\u0131k bombalarken ya da tahrip ederken, yerde yatan yaral\u0131 insanlara gaz s\u0131karak \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken ve bombalarla insan bedenlerini tan\u0131nmaz hale getirirken de bizlere net bir mesaj verir: &nbsp;\u2018<em>\u00d6l\u00fclerinizi asla iyi hat\u0131rlamayacaks\u0131n\u0131z!&nbsp;<\/em>B\u00f6ylelikle<em>&nbsp;<\/em>ac\u0131n\u0131n uygulay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131, \u00f6lenlerin dostlar\u0131na ve yolda\u015flar\u0131na \u00f6lenlerin ac\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 defalarca ya\u015fatarak bizleri, ac\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrekli \u00fcretildi\u011fi ve sonsuzla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir vah\u015fet uzam\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7ine hapsederler\u2026&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcrt bedeni, devletin ve T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizminin tasavvur d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda K\u00fcrt in\u015faat ve tar\u0131m i\u015f\u00e7isi, K\u00fcrt temizlik\u00e7i, K\u00fcrt \u00e7\u00f6p toplay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131, K\u00fcrt hamal, K\u00fcrt seyyar sat\u0131c\u0131 \u015feklinde uzayan bir \u2018alt beden\u2019 formu \u00fczerinden kodlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu kod, bu g\u00fcn \u00fclke b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne kasteden b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015fmanlar i\u00e7in bir ayete d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen&nbsp;<em>\u2018Bir g\u00fcn, \u0130stikl\u00e2l ve Cumhuriyeti m\u00fcdafaa mecburiyetine d\u00fc\u015fersen, vazifeye at\u0131lmak i\u00e7in,&nbsp;i\u00e7inde&nbsp;bulunaca\u011f\u0131n vaziyetin&nbsp;imk\u00e2n&nbsp;ve \u015fer\u00e2itini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyeceksin!\u2019&nbsp;<\/em>talimat\u0131yla birle\u015fti\u011finde devletin yar\u0131m b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fi tamamlama misyonunu kendili\u011finden fa\u015fist kitlelere y\u00fckler. Bu ayet, bu g\u00fcn toplu lin\u00e7 giri\u015fimlerinde ve y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015flerde \u2018operasyon de\u011fil soyk\u0131r\u0131m istiyoruz\u2019 diye ba\u011f\u0131ran g\u00fcruhlar\u0131n \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. &nbsp;Pozant\u0131\u2019da ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitiren gerillalar\u0131 devletin elinden al\u0131p yakmak i\u00e7in devlet binalar\u0131na y\u00fcr\u00fcyen kitleler, fa\u015fizm ve vah\u015fet konusunda \u2018muteber halk\u0131n\u2019 devlete bile rahmet okutacak d\u00fczeye gelebileceklerinin bir g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1990\u2019larda kitleleri taray\u0131p \u00f6ld\u00fcren devlet son d\u00f6nemlerde bedenin fiziksel varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na bile tahamm\u00fcl edemeyip bombalarla par\u00e7alamakta ya da tan\u0131nmaz hale getirerek onu form d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imsizli\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmektedir ya da bunu ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.&nbsp;Amed&#8217;ten Suru\u00e7&#8217;a oradan Ankara Gar&#8217;\u0131na uzanan katliamlar silsilesinde y\u00fczlerce insan\u0131n caddelere sa\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f cesetleri ve yerde yaral\u0131 yatan insanlara gaz s\u0131karak bo\u011fma giri\u015fimi tam da bedenin nas\u0131l bir pornografik vah\u015fet g\u00f6sterisinin alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn utan\u00e7 vesikalar\u0131d\u0131r.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kitlelerin fa\u015fizmini yumu\u015fatmak i\u00e7in liberal a\u011f\u0131zlardan d\u00f6k\u00fclen \u2018\u00f6fkeli kalabal\u0131klar\u2019, \u2018toplumsal hassasiyetler\u2019 ve \u2018gergin kitleler\u2019 kavramlar\u0131 dam\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ya da inceltilmi\u015f bir fa\u015fizm me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. Kand\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f kitleler efekti, Deleuze\u2019nin dedi\u011fi gibi asl\u0131nda kand\u0131r\u0131lan de\u011fil fa\u015fizmi arzulayan kitlelerin\u2019 durumuna g\u00f6nderme yapar. Gar Katliam\u0131nda ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitiren y\u00fczlerce insan i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan sayg\u0131 duru\u015fu esnas\u0131nda Konya stadyumunda tekbir getirerek sayg\u0131 duru\u015funu yuhalayan kitlelerin ruhu, hi\u00e7bir izahat\u0131n aklay\u0131p me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131ramayaca\u011f\u0131 bir kusman\u0131n kudurganl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu g\u00fcn hepimiz i\u00e7in bir toplama kamp\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclen bu \u00fclkede ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc hallerin ola\u011fanla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve istisnai hallerin kurala d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kamp ile hapishane aras\u0131 ve Agamben\u2019in deyimiyle bir \u2018belirsiz m\u0131nt\u0131kada\u2019 ya\u015famaktay\u0131z. Devletin \u00f6l\u00fcm ile ya\u015fam aras\u0131ndaki o belirsiz m\u0131nt\u0131kada tuttu\u011fu ve teslim ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 fa\u015fist kitleler t\u0131pk\u0131 tap\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131 iktidarlar gibi her an bedenlerimizi hedefleyebilirler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc teslim al\u0131namam\u0131\u015f bir insan\u0131n bedeni o insan\u0131n en son direni\u015f kalesidir. K\u00fcrtlerin ve devrimcilerin \u00fczerine her f\u0131rsatta s\u00fcr\u00fclen bu kitlelerin maddi arzular\u0131 s\u00fcrekli \u00fcretilirken Neo-Osmanl\u0131 mitini b\u00fct\u00fcn siyasal arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131na yediren AKP bu kitlelerin Bat\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki nefret-hayranl\u0131k kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 kompleksini s\u00fcrekli ka\u015f\u0131yarak toplumsal bir i\u00e7e kapanmac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yarat\u0131p Halep\u2019te Cuma namaz\u0131 k\u0131lma fantezisini \u2018B\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrkl\u00fck\u2019 yan\u0131lsamas\u0131na ili\u015ftirerek fa\u015fizmin harc\u0131n\u0131 karmaya devam etmektedir.
