Her yan\u0131na dram, inat ve direni\u015f hik\u00e2yeleri serpi\u015fmi\u015f olan bu ontolojik ger\u00e7eklik, K\u00fcrtlerin kolonyalistler taraf\u0131ndan \u2018asl\u0131nda yurdu olan yurtsuzlara\u2019 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcp \u2018tarihin bekleme odas\u0131na mahk\u00fbm edilmelerinden\u2019 kaynaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 95 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avrupa\u2019da yay\u0131n hayat\u0131na ba\u015flayan MED TV, tam da bu \u00f6znelli\u011fin i\u00e7inde o odan\u0131n kal\u0131n duvarlar\u0131nda en b\u00fcy\u00fck gediklerden birini a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u2026&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcrtlerin tarihteki ilk gazetesi K\u00fcrdistan 1898\u2019de Kahire\u2019de, Latin alfabesine ge\u00e7i\u015fin miad\u0131 say\u0131lan Hawar Dergisi 1932\u2019de \u015eam\u2019da, ilk K\u00fcrt\u00e7e radyo yay\u0131n\u0131 1939\u2019da Ba\u011fdat\u2019ta, k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte uydu \u00fczerinden yay\u0131n yapan ilk televizyon MED TV 1995\u2019te Londra\u2019da yay\u0131n hayat\u0131na ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcrtl\u00fc\u011fe dair sanatsal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve politik \u00fcretimin neredeyse b\u00fct\u00fcn ilklerinin s\u00fcrg\u00fcnde veya \u00fclke d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 kolonyal ku\u015fatman\u0131n ve kapat\u0131lman\u0131n somut bir g\u00f6sterenidir. MED TV\u2019nin K\u00fcrt bas\u0131n yay\u0131n d\u00fcnyas\u0131 i\u00e7erisindeki en \u00f6zg\u00fcn yan\u0131, \u00fclke d\u0131\u015f\u0131na daha \u00f6nce \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f di\u011fer yap\u0131lar gibi \u00fclke d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda sabitlenmeyi ret ederek bizzat \u00fclkede geni\u015f bir ileti\u015fim a\u011f\u0131 kurmas\u0131 ve \u00fclkenin i\u00e7inde olan biteni bizzat \u00fclkenin i\u00e7inden vermi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketinin 1970\u2019lerin sonunda ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018Hicret\u2019 ve 80\u2019lerin ortas\u0131ndan itibaren ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018\u00dclkeye D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u2019 stratejisi, 1970\u2019lerden itibaren \u00fclke d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmak zorunda kalm\u0131\u015f \u2018muhacirlerin\u2019 \u00f6zellikle 90 sonras\u0131 bas\u0131n yay\u0131n alan\u0131nda ba\u015flatacaklar\u0131 \u2018politik, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve sanatsal bir hicretin\u2019 momentumuna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle MED TV\u2019nin \u00fclkeye d\u00f6nerek \u00fclkedeki her evin ve soka\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7ine yay\u0131lma stratejisi ve en \u00f6nemlisi \u00fclke ile kurdu\u011fu ili\u015fki ba\u011flam\u0131nda \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi ile ciddi bir senkronizasyon yakalad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O g\u00fcne kadar K\u00fcrtlerin anlam d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda \u2018\u00can li \u00c7iy\u00ea, \u00can ji Derve, Me\u00e7\u00eatir\u2019 gibi tan\u0131mlarla mistik ve belirsiz bir alana d\u00e2hil edilen sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131lar,&nbsp;&nbsp;\u015fal \u00fb \u015fapik, sar\u0131 mekap ve qel\u00ea\u015fleri ile ekranlardan s\u0131zarak d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131na savrulmu\u015f K\u00fcrtlerin bizzat evlerinin i\u00e7ine \u2018g\u00fcndelik olan\u0131 belirleyen birer \u00f6zne olarak\u2019 girmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131. \u00dclkeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f stratejisi, sadece kolonyal egemenli\u011fin \u00e7izdi\u011fi yapay s\u0131n\u0131rlardan s\u0131zarak de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda uzay\u0131n derinliklerinden gelen \u2018hakiki\u2019 seslerin ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerin evlere s\u0131zmas\u0131 ile tamamlan\u0131yordu. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir kapat\u0131lma ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131lma stratejisi ile kendini kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131ran kolonyal ku\u015fatmada a\u00e7\u0131lan bu b\u00fcy\u00fck gedik, k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra devletin \u2018\u00e7anak toplatma\u2019 m\u00fcdahalesini beraberinde getirdi. K\u00fcrd\u00fcn kendine ait olana dair b\u00fcy\u00fck sahiplenici inad\u0131, bu kez damlara ve balkonlara kurulan antenlerin s\u00f6k\u00fclerek bah\u00e7elerin i\u00e7ine monte edilmesi yoluyla \u2018g\u00f6r\u00fcneni g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez\u2019 k\u0131l\u0131yordu. Antenlerin k\u00f6ylerden kentlere b\u00fct\u00fcn bir co\u011frafyaya yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 b\u00f6ylesi bir toplatmayla sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zmenin imk\u00e2ns\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcn be g\u00fcn ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor ve bu hakikat zamanla bir kabule d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyordu. Ok yaydan f\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ve geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc yoktu; \u00fcstelik bal\u0131k ile deniz \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftikten sonra ne denizi kurutmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n, ne de denizin i\u00e7indeki bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmenin ne denizi ne de bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ontolojik olarak \u00f6ld\u00fcremedi\u011fini tarih defalarca g\u00fcncellemi\u015fti ve g\u00fcncellemeye devam ediyordu.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1995\u2019ten sonra K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da binlerce evin dam\u0131nda ya da balkonunda beliren \u2018\u00e7ift \u00e7anak\u2019 birka\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde inan\u0131lmaz bir topografyaya yay\u0131larak zamanla \u2018<em>hangi mahallede ka\u00e7 yurtseverin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u2019<\/em>&nbsp;rakamlarla anlatan ve politik mesaj\u0131n\u0131&nbsp;<em>\u2018biz buraday\u0131z\u2019<\/em>&nbsp;\u00fczerinden ilan eden bir politik beyanat imgesine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.&nbsp;&nbsp;Ayn\u0131 y\u0131llarda devlet asabiyetinin fobik ve alerjik imajlar koleksiyonuna d\u00e2hil olan \u00e7anak antenler, ayn\u0131 zamanda yoksul mahallelerde g\u00f6reli de olsa sosyo-ekonomik durumu daha iyi olan bir evde toplanan kom\u015fular\u0131n MED TV\u2019ye odaklanan sayg\u0131l\u0131 bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemler radyonun, radyodan \u00f6nce dengb\u00eajlerin evlerde b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bo\u015flu\u011fu yeniden dolduran ve can \u00e7eki\u015fen bir gelene\u011fi geri \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rma rit\u00fceline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyordu. Bir farkla: Daha dikkatli ve daha disiplinli! B\u00fcy\u00fck bir kapat\u0131lma ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131lma stratejisi ile kendini kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131ran kolonyal ku\u015fatmada a\u00e7\u0131lan bu b\u00fcy\u00fck gedik, k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra devletin \u2018\u00e7anak toplatma\u2019 m\u00fcdahalesini beraberinde getirdi. K\u00fcrd\u00fcn kendine ait olana dair b\u00fcy\u00fck sahiplenici inad\u0131, bu kez damlara ve balkonlara kurulan antenlerin s\u00f6k\u00fclerek bah\u00e7elerin i\u00e7ine monte edilmesi yoluyla \u2018g\u00f6r\u00fcneni g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez\u2019 k\u0131l\u0131yordu.
